Discreet Shipping

The Hydroponics Store maintains a discrete shopping experience for our customers. All orders are sent in discreet, plain packages without any words or graphics aside from the shipping label. We also accept payment in Bitcoin to add further anonymity.

Delivery Times

Upon purchase, your order will be packaged and mailed immediately and sent to the cardholder address. We will always endeavour to deliver within three to five working days when shipping within the UK. Overseas shipment times can vary greatly, its advised to contact us for specific international shipping quotes.

All goods are subject to availability and a delay in delivery can sometimes be out of our control. We will do our best to ameliorate and avoid these delays whenever we can so that your order can be delivered in a timely manner. Delivery times are approximate and we shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, expenses or charges caused by any delay from the delivery of goods.

Should delivery be delayed for more than ten days we will contact you as soon as possible giving you the option to cancel your order or continue to wait for delivery.

Any orders placed before 3pm between Monday to Thursday will receive it the next day. Any orders placed on Friday will be received the following Monday due to no courier service over the weekend. Any orders being shipped to UK mainland will take up to 3 days.

Availability of stock

The Hydroponics Store will not be held liable for any losses which may result from a lack of availability. Should we be unable to deliver the product/products that we have agreed to, we will refund you with the price paid for the products and the delivery charge.

Responsibility of goods

Customers are responsible for the goods from the time of delivery. Any damage resulting from our own negligence will be refunded at our own cost. If goods are damaged during transport the customer must inform us within twenty-four hours, if not, we have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. The items must be in their original condition with the labels and original packaging, the delivery company must be notified of any obvious damage on receipt of goods and documentation must be noted and signed by the driver. Cost of delivery

Same day dispatch on orders before 15h00 and free carriage on orders over £200 (€250). There is a £5 (€5) delivery on packages up to 50kg.

All prices listed on this website are inclusive of VAT and exclude delivery charges, delivery will be calculated when placing your order.

The Hydroponics store reserves the right to change prices at any time due to increases in VAT, supplier prices etc.

International orders

If purchasing internationally, additional tax may apply, and international shipping fees can vary greatly. Please follow the directions during checkout and contact us with any further questions.
